Adam had a fantastic start, and led strongly from the outset, finishing with more than half a second between himself and everyone else!

Rebecca Adlington said that he is strong mentally and physically, and is such a great role model.  Rebecca said that he really wants to inspire people at home to start swimming.  (He takes that responsibility really seriously.)  Rebecca also said that Adam just wants to get better and better and see what he can achieve, and push those boundaries.  It looks like ‘The sky’s the limit’ for Adam!
