John Lobb at LONDON COLLECTIONS: MEN

Autumn Winter 2014

As every stylish gentleman knows, London Collections: Men showcases the very best of British menswear. Tailoring never looks better than when paired with well-polished, hand-crafted shoes and personal style accessories from Northampton-based luxury bootmaker  John Lobb.

John Lobb steps onto the LC:M schedule for the first time this January to launch the Autumn Winter 2014 collection, a blend of iconic and new styles revealing the breadth of the John Lobb spirit.

The classic William monk-strap takes centre stage. Originally crafted in 1945 this timeless style requires the kind of technical prowess only John Lobb craftsmen can deliver.

Jodphur II makes a comeback as once again John Lobb sets the trend with the ankle boot style. It now features a single strap and is being introduced in the new colourways of plum and deep bottle green.

Wareham makes its debut for AW14 – named after the historic Dorset market town, this winter boot has been designed to keep its wearer stylishly protected during the colder months. With a hand-sewn apron front, three blind eyelets and a moisture-repelling rubber soul the ‘Wareham’ is available in rich redwood, bamboo, walnut and black calf leather.

Perfect for the inevitable rainy days, City II is being introduced for the first time to the collection. Cut from water-repelling Aqua Calf leather, this five-eyelet Oxford with a double-row stitched toe cap is the ideal partner for men on the move who want their footwear to be stylish yet still stand up to the least clement of urban climates.

Given John Lobb’s prominent position in the field of London menswear, it seems only fitting that its latest collection gets seen here for the first time at London Collections: Men.
