The number of people who have been killed in the tragic Spanish terror attacks has now risen to 16, after a German lady died on Sunday, after being critically injured in last week’s attacks. The attacks left 120 people wounded, with authorities saying 24 people remain in hospital, five in a critical condition, and four in a serious condition.
On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of people ‘marched for peace’ in Barcelona in a sea of unity and love.
The peace march was led by emergency workers, police,
taxi drivers and civilians who helped immediately after the attack, (whom the people were keen to thank.)
Peace march attendees carried flowers and banners which said “No Tinc Por”, which means “I am not afraid” in Catalan.

Catalan interior minister Joaquim Forn gave an updated figure of 15 people who had died in a news conference today in the Tragic Terror Attacks in Spain. (The man-hunt is now over as the driver of the van, which caused so many deaths and injuries has now been shot dead by Police.)
It has now been confirmed that beautiful 7 year old Julian Cadman has also been confirmed dead, after the Tragic Spanish Terror Attacks
Julian’s Family said “We are blessed to have had him in our lives.”
On Sunday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia Attended A Special Memorial Mass For The Tragic Terror Attack Victims
Sunday’s Special Memorial Mass took place at the beautiful, Gaudi-designed Sagrada Familia
Many other dignitaries also attended the Mass, where Cardinal Juan José Omella, the Archbishop of Barcelona, called for peace and unity, saying: “We will overcome fear.” Cardinal Joan Josep Omella also called for Spain to unite to work for a more peaceful world following the tragic terror attacks.
The Cardinal said that the presence of so many people was a ‘beautiful mosaic’ of unity to work for a common objective of ‘peace, respect, fraternal coexistence and love’

People Laid Flowers and Lit Candles In Tribute To The Victims All Over The World. Flags Have Been Lowered, Buildings Have Been Lit Up, Or Lights Completely Turned Out, And Flowers Have Been Placed In Solidarity With The Spanish People, The Injured, The Victims’ Families, And Respect For The Victims.
Leaders around the World have joined together in their condemnation of the Spanish Terror attacks, sending their condolences to King Felipe and the people of Spain.
The Vatican – Pope Francis’s spokesman said in a statement: “The Pope prays for the victims of this attack and wishes to express his closeness to all the Spanish people, especially the wounded and families of the victims.”

United Kingdom – Prime Minister Theresa May condemned the “terrible” assault in the Spanish city and said “My thoughts are with the victims of the terrible attack” and went on to say “The UK stands with Spain against terrorism.”
In a written statement, Mrs May added: “I am sickened by the senseless loss of life in Barcelona. Following the attacks in Manchester and London, Spain stood alongside the British people. Tonight, Britain stands with Spain against the evil of terrorism.”

London Mayor Sadiq Khan called the attack “barbaric”, adding: “London stands with Barcelona against the evil of terrorism.”

European Union – European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said: “I send my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as to Prime Minister Rajoy and the people of Spain. My thoughts are with the people of Barcelona.”
France – President Emmanuel Macron Voiced “France’s Solidarity” With Spanish Citizens Following “This Tragic Attack.”

The Netherlands – It was a “cowardly attack against innocent people,” Prime Minister Mark Rutte said in a statement on his Facebook page, calling it a “black day at a place where many people around the world gathered.”

Turkey – Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Turkey strongly condemned the “heinous terrorist attack”.

Portugal – Footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, (A Football Star Who Plays With Spanish Premier Club Real Madrid), said he was “dismayed” by the attack and voiced “support and solidarity with the families and friends of the victims.”
