London Fashion Week kicked off recently with an easy to wear and super feminine collection from Paul Costello in the BFC tent, followed shortly afterwards by a wonderful collection from Caroline Charles, which brought a new meaning to the word ‘sparkle’.

The Mayor Boris Johnson was in attendance with the Chairman of the British Fashion Council Harold Tillman, paying homage to the “tireless creativity” of our British designers, alongside newly appointed Ambassadors for the British Fashion Council, Laura Bailey, Poppy Delevigne and Erin O’Connor (who was ever-professional – posing for photographer’s at all times, even whilst having a conversation with a friend!)
