Milan, 23 February 2014. As the stage lights up, a customized black matte Chevrolet El Camino appears at a vintage gas station. The car door opens and British actress/pop star Rita Ora descends , decked out in studs and cowboy hat and gives a high voltage performance kicking off the PHILIPP PLEIN women’s fall/winter 2014/2015 fashion show. Legendary super model and international celebrity Naomi Campbell appears on the catwalk to introduce the new collection, Philipp Plein’s personal homage to the American Dream. A grand finale of fireworks that engulf the El Camino, followed by a huge explosion on the mega led screen mark the end of the show in grandiose Texan style.
