Chimera

The basic idea was to create a new collection of “ideal” of the organism from various parts of the human body and animals, science and mythology known as “Chimera”.

——–
inspiration was the idea to create fantastic creatures as a result of a scientific experiment in the novel by Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein.” The way in which an eccentric scientist Victor Frankenstein revived his creation – galvanization,
was interpreted as a metallized surface with electricity, and surgical principles connecting the parts of the body are reflected in the embroidery iteksturah.

——–
medical uniforms 19-20 centuries was the starting point for the silhouette. The basis for design of surfaces of steel shots human cells under a microscope at the time of reaction to the implantation of foreign cells. Reflecting this strange interaction, natural materials used in the work – fur, leather and wool – are combined with high-tech plastics and coatings.

——–
The collection explores the possibility of creating an “ideal” beauty through the idea of perfectionism and grotesque. Quote of the designer: “For several years, I’m interested in the architecture of ancient civilizations of Peru and Bolivia. Multi-ton granite blocks of the city of Machu Picchu,  connected in 3D and are located in remote places in the highlands – is mesmerizing. Complicated, volumetric architecture combined with the mysterious and  mystical themes are very inspiring to me and is reflected in all of my  works. “
